1. Accounts and eligibility
SidelineAssistant is a platform for college athletic recruitment. Accounts fall into four categories: player, college program, club / high school, and event organizer. If you're under 18, please get a parent or guardian's permission before agreeing to these terms.
2. Your data and privacy
You own the content you upload. We store forms, highlight-reel URLs, and profile information on your behalf. We never share vault form files with anyone other than the camp or program to which you explicitly attach them. See our privacy policy for the full data lifecycle.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't impersonate another person, team, or program.
- Don't upload fraudulent transcripts, test scores, or medical documentation.
- Coaches may contact players via published email, subject to NCAA recruiting rules; SidelineAssistant does not enforce those rules — it's the program's responsibility.
- Don't scrape, resell, or redistribute profile data.
4. Fees and payment
Player accounts start free on the Basic tier; Starter and Elite are paid monthly subscriptions with no free trial. Institutional accounts (college, club, organizer) are billed annually. Fees are non-refundable. See pricing for current rates.
All features, including those currently offered free or in beta, are subject to future subscription pricing. We may introduce, change, or begin charging for any feature at any time, with notice where required.
5. Off-platform transactions
Camp fees, tournament entry, and similar program-level transactions are paid directly between families and hosts. SidelineAssistant does not process these payments and holds no liability for them.
6. Intellectual property
You retain all rights to content you upload. By uploading, you grant SidelineAssistant a limited license to display that content to authorized viewers (e.g. attaching a form to a camp signup displays it to that college's staff).
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time from settings. Deleting removes your profile, vault, and any attached forms from our active systems within 30 days.
8. Liability
SidelineAssistant is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for recruitment outcomes, coach-player interactions, or third-party event decisions. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the preceding 12 months.
